Lucinda Ritchie named in Disability Power 100

Congratulations to SpecialEffect Ambassador Lucinda Ritchie who has been named as one of the UK’s most influential disabled people in The Shaw Trust’s Disability Power 100 of 2023.
The list features incredible pioneers and changemakers across the UK, and Lucinda has been named as one of the top ten finalists in the Digital and Tech category.
The Disability Power 100, organised by The Shaw Trust, celebrates the ambition and achievements of the finalists, providing much needed encouragement to the leaders of tomorrow. The winner will be announced on 8 November.
Lucinda’s help has been invaluable in the development of our Eye Gaze Games and, to the best of our knowledge, made the first independent eye-controlled tour of a museum using a remote telepresent robot. Her bio on the Disability Power 100 website is here.
