From Oslo Game Hub: Viken Film Centre and Women in Games Norway welcome you to a half day seminar on accessibility in games! The goal of the event is to give space for the regional industry to focus on the importance of accessibility, inform of some of the resources available, and share experiences.
The event features four speakers, all giving informed insight into how the game industry can make more accessible games, and why it’s important for everyone. Speakers include a content creator/accessibility consultant, occupational therapists and technical specialists working with studios to find impactful accessibility solutions, and an accessibility design specialist at Ubisoft who will share how Ubisoft works actively with accessibility. The speakers are: Elisabeth Sivertsen (Arevya), Harry Nelson (SpecialEffect), Jacob Holden (SpecialEffect) and Stacey Jenkins (Ubisoft).
The organisers look forward to gathering the industry to focus on this important and highly relevant topic.
